What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are EAI's internal currency. Every time our automated AI processes an RSS article, drafts, translates and schedules it to your CMS platforms, it consumes credits. Standard configuration deducts exactly 1 credit per published post.
Do my purchased credits expire?
No. All credits purchased or earned through our referral program are lifetime valid. They will never expire and can be spent whenever you decide to scale your content system.
Can I change my custom crawling schedule?
Absolutely. Our platform gives you full control. Under active source configurations, you can choose custom intervals (daily, multiple hours, etc.) which automatically controls how fast your credits are processed.
What is your refund policy?
We prioritize platform reliability. If a post generation fails due to pipeline errors, credits are not deducted. For purchased credit packages, we offer full refund support within 7 days if no credits have been spent.
